Contacts

Contacts are accounts that you’ve specifically added.

• The connection goes one way; you can add someone as your contact, but that doesn’t mean you are their contact

• When you add a contact, they will receive an email notification, and you will appear in their “Invitations”

• “Extended Contacts” are contacts of your contacts

Crew

A list of accounts you’ve worked on Projects with.

• These will still appear if the Project is archived, but not if it’s deleted or one of you is removed from the crew

• “Worked with Crew” is crew who have worked with your crew on other projects

Custom search

Add your own searches with your own terms; a great way to look for people who work in specific positions or locations.

• Searches are synced to all your devices, but only show results if you’re connected to the internet
