How do I share my Projects?

There are two ways to share, as long as you have a Scenario Pro account! Just make sure you change your Project’s sharing permissions to something other than “Private” first (it works just like Google Docs). See Sharing Projects for more details.

1. Add Crew members to your Project (and you can customize their individual sharing permissions if you want).

2. Copy the Project sharing link and send it to anyone! Even if they don’t have a Scenario account, they’ll be able to view the Project and its contents in a web browser.

In either case, they’ll be able to edit if they have a Scenario Pro account, and you give them permissions; otherwise they can view the Project but not make changes.

How can I request a new feature?

We love your ideas! You can check out our roadmap to see if what you’re looking for has already been suggested. If it has, upvote and comment; if it hasn’t, add a new one! You can do this directly through the app using the “Add Idea” button.

I’m trying to log into the app, but it keeps going to the browser

Some devices may have trouble routing you to the app from an email login link. Try these methods instead:

• On an iOS or Mac device, open the login link in Safari instead of another browser

• Switch to using a password for login, or the Google/Apple option

Do you offer discounts?

Our annual subscriptions give you two months for free! We also offer promo codes from time to time, for different reasons and events. Manage your subscription on the web version to sign up for annual subscriptions, or redeem promo codes. See Scenario account for more info.
