Connect with other Scenario users to find new crew and build your professional network.

Contacts

Contacts are accounts that you’ve specifically added; think of them as your rolodex.

The connection goes one way; you can add someone as your Contact, but that doesn’t mean you are their Contact
When you add a Contact, they will receive an email notification, and you will appear in their “Invitations”
Add a Contact from the bottom “Add Contact” button, or by searching for them in Network
- You can add a manual contact that does not have a Scenario account
For Contacts that are added, you can view:
- Media - their media, as set up in My Profile
- Locations - descriptions of their working locations
- Projects - their typical positions, and any Projects you’ve worked on together
- My Notes - add any info that’s specific to them
  - Contacts cannot see anyone’s notes about them; they are completely private to you

Create Groups to sort your Contacts into categories
- These work like “tags” and any Contact can be in multiple Groups
- Groups can be used in Searches
On iOS and Android devices, use Import Contacts to add contacts from your device
- This allows adding multiple Contacts at a time, and assigning Groups to all of them

The Network page provides tools for deeper searches for potential contacts

Extended Contacts - contacts of your contacts
Crew - a list of accounts you’ve worked on Projects with
- These will still appear if the Project is archived, but not if it’s deleted or one of you is removed from the crew
Worked with Crew - crew who have worked with your crew on other projects

Add your own searches with your own terms; a great way to look for people who work in specific positions or locations.

Searches are synced to all your devices, but only show results if you’re connected to the internet
